What We Collect

Your name, email, shipping address, and order details when you buy. Payment card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your card number.

What We Do With It

Fulfill your order, send order and shipping emails, respond to support requests, and — only if you opt in — send occasional product and weather-preparedness emails. Unsubscribe anytime.

What We Don't Do

We don't sell your information. We don't share it except with the services needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), shipping carriers, and email providers for order confirmation.

Your Radios

                Complete privacy: The radios we sell communicate directly with each other, not with us. We have no ability to see your messages or locations. The private channel configured for your kit is generated for your order; keep your channel QR code private, as anyone with it can join your channel.
            

Analytics

We use minimal analytics to understand site traffic patterns and improve the user experience.
