Because every kit is configured with a private encrypted channel before shipping, opened kits can be returned within 30 days for a refund minus a 15% reconfiguration fee. Radios must be undamaged and include all components.
If a radio doesn't power on or won't join its channel out of the box, contact us within 14 days at support@meshwithtexas.com. We'll troubleshoot with you, and if it's genuinely defective we'll replace it or refund it — our choice of remedy, your money back either way — and we cover the return shipping.
Email support@meshwithtexas.com with your order number. We'll send a return authorization and address. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
Items damaged by misuse, water exposure beyond the product's rating, modification, or antenna/power configurations outside the included instructions.
