Mesh With Texas ("we") sells preconfigured LoRa mesh radio kits and accessories at meshwithtexas.com. We are a reseller: the radios are manufactured by third parties (including Heltec, RAK Wireless, LilyGO, and Seeed Studio) and carry their manufacturers' certifications and warranties.
Text-and-location mesh radios operating on the 915 MHz band under FCC Part 15. They send short text messages and GPS positions between radios in your group. They do not make voice calls, do not connect to the internet or cellular networks, and do not have unlimited range.
Use the equipment as configured and in accordance with the included instructions. If you modify antennas, transmit power, or firmware, compliance with FCC rules becomes your responsibility.
Hardware is covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty (typically 1-2 years depending on product). We will facilitate warranty claims with the manufacturer for 90 days from purchase. Beyond the manufacturer warranty, products are provided as-is.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any damages arising from inability to send or receive messages.
These terms are governed by Texas law. Travis County, Texas.
